Triund Trek

Begin your trek from McLeod Ganj or Dharamkot, making your way through dense forests of oak, deodar, and rhododendron. The initial part of the trail is a gradual ascent, allowing you to acclimatize and enjoy the surrounding flora and fauna. The path becomes steeper as you progress, but the breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar range and the valley below make the effort worthwhile.

About halfway through the trek, you’ll reach the charming Gallu Devi Temple, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Continue your ascent, with the final stretch being a bit more challenging but rewarding as you approach the Triund ridge.

Upon reaching Triund, set up camp and relax, taking in the panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks and the valley below. Enjoy a hot dinner under the stars, sharing stories and experiences with fellow trekkers, and then settle in for an overnight stay in tents.
